Registration announcement for new students admission vacancies

The Secretariat of Academic Affairs congratulates the students accepted into the university’s various colleges for the year 2022-2023 and wishes them a bright academic future.

It announces the start of registration for new students for admission 2022 on Monday 1/2/2023 until Thursday 1/12/2023, noting that the lists of unregistered students will be uploaded on Saturday 1/14/2023 to delete them and provide the opportunity for other students.

The registration process is done through the following steps.

Required documents:

  1. National number and four photographs

Registration processes :-

  1. Withdraw the registration form from the registrar’s office and open the file.
  2. Financial management and payment of tuition fees and registration fees through one of the approved channels (bank windows at the university – all branches of Faisal Bank – all branches of Omdurman National Bank – Ocash app – Fory app – iPay app)
  3. Conducting the medical examination at the university’s health unit.
  4. Student Supervision Office (Card Procedures – Reviewing Regulations – Signing the Acknowledgment)
  5. Submitting the registration form and the remaining documents to the registrar’s office to be placed in the file.
