The Graduate Studies Program Accreditation Committee in Nursing Sciences at the Ministry of Higher Education conducts an evaluation visit to the Faculty of Nursing

As part of the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance the quality of academic programs, the Graduate Studies Programs Accreditation Committee in Nursing Sciences conducted a field visit to the Faculty of Nursing with the aim of assessing the faculty’s readiness for the accreditation of postgraduate programs.

The committee was chaired by Dr. Hatim Muhammad and included among its members Dr. Faiza. The evaluation visit was attended by Dr. Hisham Abdel Hamid, the acting Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, along with active participation from a number of faculty members, including Dr. Nora, Dr. Muhammad Al-Amin, Assistant University Vice Chancellor, and Professor Ilham, Dean of the Graduate Studies Faculty at the university, in addition to a group of faculty professors and administrators.

During the visit, the committee reviewed the academic and research capabilities and the infrastructure of the college. They also discussed with the administration and faculty members ways to develop the programs in accordance with the quality standards and accreditation approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Dr. Hatem Mohamed confirmed in a statement that the visit comes as part of a series of field tours carried out by the ministry to evaluate graduate programs, praising the efforts made by the college in preparing the programs and providing a suitable educational environment.

Dr. Hisham Abdel Hamid appreciated this step, emphasizing the Faculty’s commitment to applying the highest quality standards in the educational process, contributing to the preparation of outstanding nursing cadres that help develop the healthcare sector.

This visit comes within the framework of the Ministry of Higher Education’s keenness to enhance academic accreditation standards and ensure the provision of postgraduate programs with high efficiency and quality that meet the requirements of national development and labor market needs.
